− Didn’t like sharing the bathroom (we knew it was a shared bathroom when we selected rental) Homeowners truck was very disruptive due to how loud it was-he came and went multiple times during our quick stay Didn’t like the smell of bedding and towels Didn’t like that the bathroom sink drain was partially clogged

10.0The fact that it was quick and easy to get in contact with someone. Also that they always made sure that you were comfortable.
− I didn’t like that it was hard to get into the house. The lock code didn't always work, and I would have reach out to someone to get a new code.
