Déçus de ce qui entoure l’hôtel… ça a gâché notre plaisir , j’attendais beaucoup de romantisme et d’une ambiance cocooni

Tout était parfait au niveau de l’accueil et de la chambre ( mobilier propreté lit etc) La qualité des produits hygiène et du petit déjeuner Le personnel

− Les bars de plage de chaque côté avec animation, scooters de mer et bouée entre autres d’un côté et La musique très très forte venant du bar de la plage juste à côté et jusqu’à plus de minuit… impossible d’être dans une ambiance romantique pour profiter du spa et de la terrasse dans ces conditions et c’est vraiment dommage . Et quand je dis forte même fenêtre fermée on entendait très clairement encore les musiques boum boum et paroles voir les clients chanter La vue sur le côté sur le parking d’à côté et des dépôts matériaux et autres Manque des bains de soleil sur la plage et parasols pour la clientèle de l’hôtel également

Sehr neues stylisches B&B. Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich

− Hier ist eine kürzere und dennoch klare Version: :::writing{variant=“standard” id=“53184”} Die Unterkunft selbst ist schön, unser Urlaub wurde jedoch durch die umfangreichen Bauarbeiten rund um das Hotel stark beeinträchtigt. Täglich gab es bereits ab 6:30 Uhr morgens Baulärm, teilweise bis 23:00 Uhr. Zusätzlich war das benachbarte Grecotel am Abend oft sehr laut. Wir hätten erwartet, vor der Buchung über diese Situation informiert zu werden. Die Erklärung des Managements, die Bauarbeiten würden länger dauern als geplant, überzeugt uns nicht, da wir sehr kurzfristig gebucht haben und die Baustellen offensichtlich bereits bekannt waren. Das Hotel ist nicht für die Baustellen verantwortlich, wir als Gäste aber ebenso wenig. Für uns war der Aufenthalt daher leider nicht die erhoffte Erholung. Eine nachträgliche Entschuldigung ersetzt die fehlende Transparenz im Vorfeld nicht. :::
