7.0Location is convenient with close to many eating places and major supermarkets. Some eateries open till late which is convenient.
− Not all residents speak English.

6.0Good facilities and quite updated in design and situated to good shops and mall
− Queen size Bed in the common room was bad , could feel the springs. Should replace with new mattress. The common bathroom shower holder is spoiled and was not replaced. Unit has many small cockroaches. Need to fumigate the place as we kill few on the kitchen top and drawers, and one was under the TV rack. Was surprised there was no can opener.
