10.0Le staff: Noora et Yousef à la réception ainsi qu'Ahmed à l'entrée. Ils ont été chaleureux, aidant et extrêmement sympatiques. On quittait pour une excursion tôt le matin et ils nous avaient préparé une super boîte à lunch. On a eu un problème à régler et ils ont réagi très rapidement. Service hors pair par des humains très cool! La chambre: comfortable, propre, la vue sur les pyramides était magnifique. C'était bien au-delà de nos attentes. La climatisation fonctionnait super bien et la terrasse d'une telle hauteur offre un angle de vue incroyable sur les pyramides. Le rapport qualité prix: c'est la meilleure partie. C'est une aubaine à cette fourchette de prix

非常差劲，我们订了两间房，前台说我们人员信息只填了两位，其余的人要每人多给二十到三十美金，凌晨到达我们只能被迫接受，而我们费用标准都不一致，在还可以的酒店却是这种服务态度，挺令人失望的
