My stay was extremely disappointing due to poor maintenance and hygiene standards.
1.0− Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my stay at Nestay Inn Skytree Hotel. Unfortunately, the condition of the room and facilities provided was far below acceptable standards. The air conditioner in the room was not functioning properly, which caused significant discomfort during the stay. In addition, the bed appeared damaged and produced excessive noise even with slight movement, making it extremely difficult to rest properly. Moreover, the bedsheets and bedding provided were unclean and did not meet basic hygiene expectations for a hotel accommodation. This experience has been very unpleasant and disappointing. I request that this matter be addressed urgently and appropriate action be taken regarding the maintenance and cleanliness standards of the property. I would also appreciate a response regarding how the hotel intends to resolve this issue. I hope you will treat this complaint seriously and work toward improving the guest experience. Sincerely,
