Si può parcheggiare dentro il giardino privato. La villa offre una buona privacy. Ha un tavolo per pranzare/cenare all'aperto.

− Area barbecue inesistente, c era solo un piccolissimo barbecue arrugginito, avevano detto che ce lo avrebbero cambiato, ma non è mai arrivato. Alcune tapparelle erano rotte, i fuochi del gas della cucina non funzionavano tutti. Appena arrivi devi correre a fare spesa perché non c'è sale, olio, zucchero, caffè, spugne. La doccia esterna, per quanto comoda, ha solo acqua ghiacciata. Il mocio non ha un secchio dove strizzarlo. Il condizionatore è solo uno, quindi si è costretti a dormire con le porte delle camere aperte.
