Felt like I was being taken care of by family
10.0The staff are the best part, hands down. Mark, the receptionist, messaged me before I arrived and help coordinate trips to Laguna 69 and Pastoruri Glacier, as well as an affordable taxi to the airport. He and his father, Jaime, served breakfast (scrambled eggs, bread, margarine, jam, fresh juice, coffee/tea) at flexible hours, depending on a person's schedule. And when I needed a boxed lunch because of early departure times, they were the best and most filling boxed lunches I've ever encountered. If I had dinner I couldn't finish, there was a full-size fridge I could keep it in. The hotel is a really short walk to the Plaza de Armas, and has really hot water in the shower (and thicker toilet paper, like another reviewer mentioned). To top it off, Mark lent me a plug converter so I plug in my laptop during my stay.
− The room could use a curtain and a nightstand table (or a small table and chair).
Confortable, professionnels et bien placés
8.0Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. Ils sont très professionnels et réactifs, nous ont donné de bons conseils pour nos visites et nous ont permis de prendre une douche le dernier soir avant notre bus de nuit. La chambre est confortable, elle est bien isolée et il y a de l’eau. L’emplacement est bien, à 5/10 minutes de la plaza de armas!

8.0La ubicación muy cerca a la plaza de armas, lo.cual.fue genial y el desayuno a tiempo y muy rico!! El responsable de recibirnos fue muy amable y atento.

10.0Sehr nette Eigentümer, die gerne bei der Tourenplanung unterstützen und nützliche Tipps geben. Wir haben uns sogar am letzten Tag dazu entschieden, eine privat geführte Tour zu machen und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Auch das Frühstück war stets lecker und es gab jeden Tag etwas anders.
