Posizione centrale e terrazzo panoramico
− Casa da rinfrescare e da rimodernare, troppi oggetti personali del proprietario che rendono l' ambiente caotico. Il secondo bagno inutilizzabile per la presenza di materiali nella vasca. Casa fredda con due condizionatore di cui uno non funzionante. Peccato perché la struttura ha un ottimo potenziale per essere valorizzata.

La casa è comoda, centrale e ben organizzata, con una splendida terrazza con vista della città antica. Per chi vuole vivere e tornare a tempi passati, fare un tuffo nelle case dei benestanti del novecento è un luogo ottimale
− Nulla in particolare. Suggerisco soltanto di togliere alcuni oggetti nei cassetti dei comò per essere utilizzati per gli indumenti ma é soltanto uno spunto di miglioramento.

Il terrazzo per la notte dell’ultimo dell’anno per vedere i fuochi. Letti abbastanza comodi.
− Casa grande e gelida. Presenza di condizionatori solo nelle due camere, ma uno dei due funzionava male. Il resto della casa freddissima. Impossibile stare nella cucina/soggiorno. Siamo stati costretti a cenare (cenone di capodanno) in camera. Peccato. La casa ha un buon potenziale, ma deve essere sistemata. Ci sono troppe cose in giro e dà l’idea di essere sporca. Bagno vecchio pure lui senza riscaldamento. Wc scaricava malissimo. La proprietaria ci ha procurato una stufa elettrica (il secondo giorno) ma inutile per le dimensioni della cucina. Inoltre se si cucinava (con induzione) bisognava spegnere tutto il resto (riscaldamenti inclusi) altrimenti saltava la corrente. Insomma soggiorno veramente pessimo.

En virkelig flot og gammel ejendom med en fantastisk beliggenhed i Modica Bassa ❤️ Dejlig stor terrasse med fantastisk udsigt over den ene side af byen. ejendom ligger ved siden af yndlingscafé Caffe Adamo, isbar og masse af bar/restaurant. Værten dukkede op for at byde dig velkommen ❤️
