10.0Lugar de paz, pra quem procura uma boa comodidade, tranquilidade. Vale a pena conhecer. Fui muito bem recepcionado pelo pessoal e sempre tive dúvidas respondidas e resolvidas. O app em si é um luxo haha, e as instalações do prédio também. Vale apenas esse lugar vai deixar muitas boas lembranças em sua vida! Logo logo eu volto hein...

Construction sites next door and very noisy.
5.0The property is clean and well maintained. The king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom is very nice and comfortable. Location also was very good.
− The major downside is that the building and surrounding area are under construction. There is a construction site directly outside the balcony, with noise starting as early as 7:30 in the morning. It is very dusty and extremely distracting, and I did not get good rest during my stay. Considering the ongoing construction, the price charged was not fair. Additionally, the kitchen sink was blocked from the first day and remained full of water for four days. The air conditioning works, but it blows hot air onto the balcony, making it impossible to sit outside. Communication with the host was acceptable, but I had to wait one hour for the keys to be delivered. Overall rating: 5 out of 10.

1.0Localização, piscina e as suítes + sala do apartamento.
− Várias baratas, encontrei mais de 8, inclusive uma saiu do Lixo e saltou na minha perna. O proprietário, consultado, me permitiu usar as toalhas, mas depois reclamou que eu usei todas e me cobrou um pix de 100 reais para comprar novas toalhas para os locatários seguintes.
Se não fosse as barracas beira mar das proximidades iria a cada 15 dia p esse hospedagem .
