El apartamento está a metros del Duomo eso es muy bueno por un lado pero por otro un poco ruidoso el dormitorio que da a la calle.. es muy amplio pero no tan lindo como la foto tal vez un poco de mantenimiento le vendría bien. Los baños cómodos.

− El ruido exterior (con cerramientos nuevos se soluciona) y tener que sacar la basura antes de irnos.

Misrepresentation of Washer Availability – Formal Complaint and Request for Compensation. I am submitting a formal complaint regarding my stay at Velluto Elegant Apartment near the Duomo from November 29 to December 4. The listing clearly indicated that the apartment included a washer machine, which was my top priority when booking. Upon arrival, I discovered that the washer was not inside the apartment as advertised but instead located downstairs in a shared area. This is a serious misrepresentation of the property and directly impacted my decision to book. Had I known the washer was not in the apartment itself, I would never have chosen this property. The inaccurate description caused significant inconvenience and wasted time during my stay. I expect the following: A formal acknowledgment that the listing was misleading. Immediate correction of the property description to prevent future guests from being misled. Appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and for the fact that I did not receive the amenities I paid for. This situation is unacceptable, and I urge you to resolve it promptly. If no satisfactory resolution is provided, I will escalate this complaint further.

The apartment smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, especially in the bedroom, making it extremely difficult to sleep and creating an unhealthy environment. These issues combined created a stay that was unacceptable and far below the standards promised. I expect the following: Immediate acknowledgment that the property description was misleading. Correction of the listing to reflect the actual condition and amenities. Appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, discomfort, and false advertising. If no satisfactory resolution is provided, I will escalate this complaint further.
