Dissapointing and no breakfast served.
4.0The location of the property is great for the Aviva stadium, only 15-20 minutes walk. It is not too far from town with a nice bar just across the street.
− The property was very warm when we arrived and the oil diffusers were really overpowering. The initial contact from the host was great but then we were told he had to go out and the key was left in the mailbox, and that we would need to wait for someone else to enter/leave the building to be able to get to the mailbox. Not a great start. We did not see the host at all during the stay so did not really know what we could/couldnt use, or how things worked. We were not served any breakfast or contacted about it at all. This is meant to be included so we lost out on the value of what we paid. The bathroom taps need looking at becasue they initially come on slowly but then the water go full blast. It was not very clear that we were just staying in the hosts spare bedroom from the listing. On Booking.com I would expect to be renting a whole appartment or a room in a B&B or hotel. This was staying in a spare bedroom in the hosts full time property. Reading other reviews on the property (something I wish I did before staying) I am not alone. The host comes across very confromtational in the replies to this as well which would have made me not book had I read them.
Mooie uitvalsbasis voor de stad.
8.0De intentie voor een goed ontbijt was aanwezig maar alles was niet onze smaak een echt lekker broodje was er niet. In de Fress Food om de hoek was echt goed brood te koop. Het beleg was dan weer prima. De keuze uit jam en thee was super. Maar yoghurt nemen uit een al geopend pak (door de gastheer gebruikt) vonden wij maar zo zo.
− Het ontbijtje, de rest was prima.

9.0Der Gastgeber ist aussergewöhnlich freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück sehr gut, der Tiefgarenparkplatz Gold wert.
