7.0In a quiet road, spacious inside and out.
− We arrived to overflowing bins as we parked, ‘clean me’ sign ignored from previous occupiers, dangerously loose floor gripper in between hall and kitchen (photo available), lack of crockery, no smoke alarm in kitchen, no grill trays and cleaning requires more attention to detail.
Good location and a lovely house - but a few things need some attention
7.0Lovely garden, it’s really big and bbq was great too. Lounge was nice and modern and comfortable, and house is in a good location. Kitchen was well equipped and shampoo and conditioner in bathroom was nice touch.
− Dishwasher wasn’t working. We also only had enough towels for 2 people. Asked for more and was told housekeeping would bring them round but this didn’t happen. Also there were a few nails sticking up from floorboards by kitchen - which kids caught their feet on so this probably needs looking at

7.0Location was good. Parking ok. Bedrooms nice. Kitchen and bathroom facilities moderate.
− Advertised dishwasher didn't work and we guessed the previous aswell as their dirty dishes were in it on our arrival. Nail protrudes from hall floor. Shower drain blocked. Cubicle too small.
