8.0初めて利用しましたがフロントの方の案内が丁寧で気持ちよかったです。朝ごはんのキッチンの方も雰囲気良かったです。朝ご飯、とても美味しかったです。
− ２泊したのですが、タオルの交換でドアノブに掛けてあったバッグの中にペットボトルが入っていたのですが、２人で泊まったのに、１本だけ？、と思いました。

7.0ウェルカムドリンクが種類豊富。「ぼっち」のご当地のお酒があって楽しかった。
− 洗面所・トイレのスペースが狭い。
もぅ利用しない。
4.0朝食が良かった。ルームウェアとスリッパで全館移動出来るのが良かった。コインランドリーが200円で洗濯・乾燥まで出来て良かった。
− 照明が1つで部屋が暗い。エレベーターが1基しかなくて、エアコンがきいてないので、混むし、暑い。大浴場がある為か、ユニットバスが狭いし、洗面ボールが小さくて床やトイレがビチャビチャになった。鏡が折りたたみで使いにくい。洗面所にコンセントがない。
