9.0It would have been a 10. The only issue is the Pin for the keylock was not updated to us. So we had trouble getting into the house on checking in with the non value pin However , a local number was given, and after a few tries, we got the updated Pin An email with the correct Pin was also issued around the timing of our call and check in
