Horrible host/owner with no people skills. Treats you like

Very nice view

− The owner/host was very rude then said they wouldn’t let us in if I didn’t change my tone and treated me like a bad child that was asking for a favor. They left us waiting for 2 hrs outside and said would come in 20 minutes and didn’t come then said maybe would show up then told me to go walk around and ask neighbors and people where the other staff might be (unbelievable) They could’ve just told me they were not coming as they said the staff was fishing later they laughed at me & said not to involve booking to scam money outside of the platform when I was going to stay extra days (1 day early and 3 days after my booking) which is a violation. They also said I needed to leave the key outside when I was at beach or outside property even though I rented whole villa. which could allow anyone to come in.After being treated so poorly by them I tried to cancel but couldn’t so I kept the booking.
