-Sitio recomendado para descansar y desconectarte (Aplica para los que pagan hospedaje), poder disfrutar de la playa, las actividades y la caminata; es buena terapia de desconexion; claramente en las mañanas con las personas que van al pasadia no lo vas a sentir asi… pero despues de las 3pm que se van ellos, te vas a dar cuenta que de 3 a 11 de la noche; vas a tener full espacios para relajarte y conversar con tu pareja y tener noches amenas -Personal muy amable y servicial por ejemplo (Jenys, Jeison, Sandris, Glen, Jorge y demás), la verdad son personas muy prestas a ayudar -Es un EcoHotel con Bioparque; está orientado a energías limpias y ellos mismos lo dicen; NO esperes estar todo el dia con Aire Acondicionado en una habitación, NO es un lugar para eso -La comida es muy rica y fresca, especialmente la de la carta; el buffet es recomendado si te agrada el concepto; nunca está de más preguntar cual es el menu del dia… -Actividades acuáticas super recomendadas, en especial snorkel (Jorge todo un caballero y excelente guia) -El precio de las comidas y bebidas es acorde a la ubicación del sitio; no esperes que la comida valga lo mismo que en una ciudad en donde tienen supermercados o plazas cercas; hay que ser conscientes de que ellos pagan el sobrecoste por ser transportada en lancha la mercancia, si esperas pagar 10-20k por un plato; no es un sitio para ti

Es un sitio espectacular, el paisaje, la temperatura del agua es muy agradable. La comida es muy rica. Las instalaciones son sorprendentes. También la amabilidad de las personas que atienden en el comedor. Destino para repetir.

− Es importante saber que los AC solo funcionan de 6pm a 6am así que en el día es muy difícil permanecer en la habitación, aunque con ese mar y paisaje es mejor estar disfrutándolo. Nos sorprendió que nos cambiaran las toallas todos los días así no las usáramos, les solicitamos que no lo hicieran pero que no se podía. Al dj le pedimos unos vallenatos y nos respondieron que no estaba permitido por políticas del hotel. En la tierra del vallenato no se puede escuchar valletanos, de no creer.

A ilha é um paraíso!!! Talvez a mais bela da América do Sul. Raros funcionários foram bem gentis (Luz Dary do café, Jonatan da recepção). Esses merecem elogios. O carregador das malas também.

− A recepcionista Ani foi terrível. Tínhamos um check-in antecipado garantindo pelo hotel oficialmente pelo Booking. Ani ficou repetindo as regras mil vezes, grosseira, com desrespeito. Precisamos recorrer ao gerente, que resolveu corretamente. Além disso, o quatro é péssimo: madeiras podres, sem frigobar, racionamento de ar condicionado num calor absurdo, racionamento de água. Café-da-manhã muito fraco, limitado e repetitivo. TV do hall pequena para o lugar. Piscina pequena, área Kids nula.
