10 steps from San marco square, amazing location,amazing little apartment fully furnished , super clean and with an amazing roof top little terrace Host was super nice and responsive and they also came pick us up to a spot for bring us right into the apartment

Great Place, Amazing hosts! but could use slight upgrades.

We stayed here for 4 nights at the end of our 3 week vacation. Very nice location, in the middle of everything, we walked everywhere. Hosts were very communicative and met us at the water bus area to walk us to the apartment. He pointed out things to do and how to take the water bus to the airport upon our departure which was very helpful. Gave us tons of recommendation's on where to go for sights and restaurants. The rooftop patio was great for coffee in the morning/wine at night, albeit a little tricky to make it up the 2 sets of stairs with the glasses lol. The hosts were great!

− My only complaints are how uncomfortable the furniture was. The bed sank in the middle so we basically slept on top of each other, and not in a good way :) . Maybe ok for one night but not for 4. The couch in the main room was very uncomfortable as well. We stayed inside a whole day due to a slight cold we caught. So maybe better if you don't hang out there long term. Also only one wine glass in the house. Maybe some places spoil you, but some upgrades to the amenities would have been a nice touch for the price of the place. They had a stovetop espresso machine but no coffee for it so we bought some and left it behind. No bottled water, and the tea selection wasn't very good. Again, minor things, but they make a big difference.

Good location but some issues with stairs

It was a good location with shops and restaurants nearby. It was a nice apartment with everything that was needed. The host met us in a nearby square and showed us around the apartment.

− We would not recommend this apartment for anyone who has any size of luggage due to the steep and narrow stairs. It would be ok for a small suitcase or backpack. It wasn't as clean as the other apartments we stayed in on this trip which was disappointing. The stairs leading up to the bedroom are open and directly above the kitchen worktop and cooker which isn't ideal. The stairs directly above the kitchen worktop and cooker have a sharp metal edging at head height which in our opinion is dangerous. They should have proper cushioned edging.

Venice was amazing and I would highly recommend this apartment

This apartment is located a short distance from the Rialto bridge. Excellent for transportation, restaurants, stores, and the famous bridge. 2 water stops from the train station. Apartment was quiet, neat and clean. Hosts met us and made sure we got into the apartment and had everything we needed. Also gave referrals for restaurants. Very communicative. Gelato just steps from the door.

− There are some stairs that I didn’t realize but honestly they looked more intimidating than they were. I wouldn’t recommend for people with mobility issues.
