7.0− Roof top bar was closed for renovations, we should have been told before booking. That was a major part for booking this location.

8.0Great location to both Audi Stadium and the Nationals Park. Easy walking distance to great restaurants and retail stores.
− First nights stay was a little warm in our room. We just chalked it up to the heat wave that has half of the country in its grip. The next day we moved, without issue, to another room where the AC was phenomenal. Also our remaining stay was price adjusted as our new room was smaller from the original reservation.
Except my team lost, great location.

− There were a bunch of kids in the hotel for a group trip and they were extremely loud at night. It would have been nice if the hotel could have reinforced noise discipline with the adults chaperoning the kids.
