Lastega peatujatele on asukoht väga hea, ümberringi on palju mänguväljakuid. Poed on läheduses.

− Kuna korteril on suured aknad ja pole päevakardinaid, siis otse akna taga liigub häirivalt palju inimesi, kes vaatavad otse tubadesse. Privaatsus puudub. Ehk oleks võimalik paigalada mingid lisakardinad? Samuti ei varja ka olemasolevad kardinad päikesevalgust, suvel tõuseb päike väga vara ja hakkab kohe tuppa paistma, ehk oleks võimalik paigalada pimendusrulood? ja lisaks - mingi kohtvalgustus, praegu on ainult laelambid ja see pole eriti hubane.
