8.0La habitación con aire acondicionado era amplia y cómoda. Piscina limpia.
− Tiene piscina aunque tendrían que regular las tumbonas, ya que la gente dejaba la toalla y se iba todo el día fuera. El baño era extraño ya que si te duchabas se mojaba todo el suelo porque el desague estaba lejos. Habían pequeños detalles que se deberían cuidar un poco más teniendo en cuenta la calidad-precio.

− Las habitaciones están un poco antiguas. Estuvimos esperando para hacer el check in bastante tiempo ya que no tenían la habitación preparada.

1.0Extrem schlecht, geht niemals in dieses Hotel!
− Alles. Es hat damit begonnen, dass uns beim Check in gesagt wurde, dass wir die erste Nacht in einem anderen Zimmer verbringen müssten und danach in unser eigentlich gebuchtes Zimmer kommen würden. Dieses Zimmer hatte allerdings ein komplett dreckigen Bezug. Die Arbeiter haben daraufhin die Decke gewechselt, Kissenbezüge hatten sie aber nicht mehr, weshalb wir bis zum nächsten Morgen warten mussten und auf dem dreckigen Bezug schlafen mussten. Am nächsten Tag hat abends die Toilette nicht mehr funktioniert (sie spülte kein Wasser mehr) und wir konnten kein Hotelpersonal finden, weshalb wir ca. 12 Stunden ohne Toilette auskommen mussten. Abgesehen davon hat es im Badezimmer so enorm gestunken, dass wir es kaum betreten konnten. Am darauffolgenden Tag konnten wir unsere gesamten Sachen packen, um in unser eigentliches Zimmer einzuchecken (was noch schlimmer war als vorher). Wir konnten die Tür zum Badezimmer weder abschließen noch überhaupt zu machen, damit der Gestank nicht ins Zimmer kommt. Die Tür zum Bad war demnach total kaputt. (Ich habe von allem auch Videos, die ich hier aber leider nicht einfügen kann….)Genauso wie die Zimmertür, denn diese war auch kaputt und wir mussten jedes Mal um die Tür überhaupt abschließen zu können,ca. 5 Minuten davor stehen und es versuchen, bis uns am letzten Abend ein neues Schloss eingebaut wurde, weil wir den Schlüssel gar nicht mehr rausziehen konnten. Ansonsten der Standart: Als wir nach Handtüchern gefragt haben, bekamen wir dreckige, als wir dann wieder um neue gebittet haben, bekamen wir komplett neue(ungewaschene) die gefusselt haben. Außerdem war das Zimmer an sich sehr dreckig, die Wand im Badezimmer war schon mehr weiß als grün, auf dem Waschbecken waren Tiere, etc. Wir haben natürlich direkt in der ersten Nacht den Kundenservice von Booking.
