De ligging aan de zeedijk was perfect. De studio leek wel recent gemoderniseerd. Alles leek als nieuw met een hoge graad van afwerking. Zeer goed contact met de verhuurders. Geen geluidsoverlast van buren / straat. Heerlijk rustig

− Eigenlijk beviel alles. Het kwam overeen met de verwachtingen die we hadden op basis van de beschrijving. Jammer dat er steeds minder warme bakkers in Vlaanderen zijn… maar dat ligt buiten de invloedssfeer van de verhuurder
