− Se quedan con tu fianza de 100€ que dicen devolverte 7 días después cuando has dejado el alojamiento intacto. Cuando intentas reclamar solo sale un bot que da respuestas con IA y cuando llamas al alojamiento sale un chico que intenta vacilarte enviándote recibos que no corresponden con fecha, número de cuenta ni importe. Te deja a la espera durante muchos minutos e intenta cansarte para que cuelgues. En cuanto a la limpieza: encontramos excrementos de ratas en la zona de cables de internet, pequeñas cucarachas y algunas zonas podrían estar más limpias. Adjunto fotos de todo
