Gran decepción
2.0La ubicación y el potencial que tiene la casa (aunque no esté aprovechado)
− El alojamiento al llegar estaba sucio, muebles viejos y en general descuidado: mando sin pilas, lámparas sin bombilla, vajilla descascarillada, paredes sucias, tapicerías llenas de manchas, colchones con pelos, colchones malos y desiguales, no hay wifi (insólito hoy en día)… No es un estándar de limpieza ni de mantenimiento admisible. Avisamos a la agencia (Llafranc Villas) por escrito (nunca contestaron) y llamando y ahí nos aseguraron que se pondrían en contacto con el personal de limpieza y nos avisarían. No nos volvieron a contactar. Así que aparte de la casa, la agencia muy mal. La habitación del piso inferior está llena de humedades y no se puede ni dormir ahí. El baño lo peor, húmedo y lleno de bichos. La casa en general llena de mosquitos, arañas… Entiendo que es una casa que no es de ciudad pero si estuviera cuidada y limpia no tendría tantos bichos. Es una pena porque la casa podría ser muy agradable pero no invita para nada a descansar y relajarse. Necesita una buena inversión en cuidado y mantenimiento. O bien al dueño no le interesa o la agencia simplemente no hace bien su trabajo. Recomiendo a los que estén a tiempo que no vayan.

7.0House has good space for our family and nice outdoor area. Very close to the beach and shops.
− The check-in was delayed as the office that keys to be picked up from didn’t open until 4.30… The cleanliness was also very poor on arrival with lots of hair in the bathrooms and beds

6.0The villa was overall quite nice and has good potential, but it definitely needs a deep cleaning and some fresh paint to make it feel more comfortable and well-maintained. Unfortunately, it was quite dirty when we arrived. There is also mold in the bedroom on the ground floor, caused by water leakage and a non-working ventilation system. This should be fixed as soon as possible, as it affects comfort and hygiene. With better maintenance, this place could be really great.
