Lovely Stay
10.0Great little place for one or two people, plus a dog with its fully fenced and private backyard. Quiet area, I was here for exams and it was nicely tucked away on a cul-de-sac. New WiFi works great. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. Everything very clean and modern.
Great for a few days away as a couple (or for solo travel) and one small pet.
8.0A lovely little studio with mod cons. Great to have a parking space, private garden and entrance, fast broadband (worked brilliantly once we rebooted it) and very comfortable bed!
− The floor hadn’t been swept, had pet hair and dust from the previous occupants. The water pressure in the shower was weak. Had no washing machine.
Nicely finished conversion
7.0The property was finished to a high standard and was very clean. Quiet location with a nice garden to sit out in. A well thought out garage conversion.
− It lacked a “warm welcome” feel. There was no guest information at all, like places of interest, local eating places, takeaways, supermarkets, surgeries, or even a local vet, as the property was dog friendly. It was the first property we had stayed at, over many years, where there wasn’t a little welcome pack and a dog treat. Also an emergency number of the management company, just in case, would have been good, especially as there was no internet (really annoying) and the reception was pretty bad, so difficulty in looking it up. There were no oven gloves! 😳 And we really could have done without the cuckoo clock going off at all hours of the night! So annoying when you’re trying to sleep!
would definitely stay again if outdoor lighting sorted :-) really is a beautiful place.

− needs some sort of outside lighting, especially as the nights will soon be darker much earlier... could be a trip hazard.
