9.0The property was smart, clean, and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the situation was ideal for visiting local attractions especially the RSPB site at Bempton Cliffs.

8.0The property was spacious and comfortable. The facilities were good and in a great location. We enjoyed the outdoor seating area and bought some of the fresh eggs for breakfast.
