The house is cute and clean, and it served its purpose for us.
8.0Cute house! It was clean and located in a quiet neighborhood.
− There were a few things that concerned us. There was literally just one spoon in with the silverware. There were very few clothes hangers, so you may want to bring your own. There were bath towels, but absolutely no hand towels or washcloths in the house. We ended up going to Dollar General and buying a couple for the bathrooms, so we could dry our hands without using paper towels or a bath towel. Additionally, there was some damage to the property from a previous tenant that had not been repaired. In the primary bathroom, the exhaust fan didn’t work, and the toilet seat lid was completely ripped off of the toilet seat leaving sharp, rusty screws exposed at the back of the seating area. Hopefully, you’re up to date on your tetanus vaccine. There were also burn holes in the sofa cushions.
