6.0La ubicación es ideal si vas de viaje a Cuenca, la casa tiene buena iluminación y se nota que es de obra nueva. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario. La anfitriona muy agradable.
− La limpieza de la casa es acceptable, pero bastante mejorable. Las camas son horribles, los colchones hacen ruido y son muy finos, además las sábanas estaban bastante viejas, por lo que daban la sensación de estar sucias. El sofá cama era durísimo y al otro sofá se le despegan los cojines, se nota que no es bueno. Los toallas eran viajes y como una lija, en el baño había cortinas y me parece muy antihigiénico.

4.0Arcas is located in a very nice part of Spain
− Communication with host was terrible. They send all the info 1 day before, I asked a question, not answered and the day after they are pushing and telling me I did not check in yet, it was 10 hours before my planned arrival… when I arrived with my animals in the car in August, no answer for 30 minutes! Luckily a neighbor let me in. They constantly send messages not for me and then deleting or after confusion saying oh sorry not for you…the 2nd day other guests arrived at the apartment, no idea what happened with them…the apartment itself is fine, the furniture is falling apart, very thin mattress and just everything was uncomfortable. It wasn’t very clean, with hairs and dust in all corners and everything in the kitchen very fatty to the touch. Sofa smelled weird. WiFi was horrible, in addition to no mobile connection except at the window in the living room. They say check in is until 0:00 but on the last night at 3:00 a whole family arrived for their apartment next to mine, yelling and making noise. Also one of the neighbors is practicing for the opera it seems…Just all in all not great, would not book again…
