La vue et géolocalisation exceptionnelle.

− A notre arrivée l'équipe de ménage était encore sur place jusqu'à 16h30. Le spa était à moitié rempli . L'odeur de moisissure et de boulamite était intense . Les lumières dans la cuisine et hall d'entrée ne fonctionnaient pas. Toaster ne fonctionnait pas. Si vous voulez jouer / marcher sur le gazon extérieur gare à la merde d outarde . Et non le propriétaire ne les ramasse pas .jamais on peut constater plusieurs semaines d'accumulation sur le terrain. Les finis intérieurs de ce cottage date du siècle précédent. Ils ont récupéré de l' ameublement cuisine récupéré et recyclé dans ce cottage. Les tapis sont souillés de tâches. La serrure numérique à manqué de batterie. ( Une validation qui aurait due être faite avant de permettre au client de prendre possession de cette unité). Résultat pendant 2 jours nous avons du laisser une porte patio debarrée pour nous permettre d'accéder au cottage lors de nos retour journaliers. Nous avons manqué d'eau potable vers 22h00. Bonne chance pour rejoindre un représentant de la compagnie de gestion qui s'occupe de cette location. Après 2 heures d appels, messages , texto, finalement une personne autre que d IA a répondu à un message. Ils nous ont fait ouvrir un porte barrée avec une clef dissimulée afin de nous faire reseter un disjoncteur dans le panneau électrique. Tout un service mesdames et messieurs demander au client de régler leur problème. Le propriétaire demande une sur- prime pour le coût de votre séjour. Croyez moi vous n'avez pas la qualité des installations pour le prix demandé. Avec les frais afférents taxes on parle 5 600$ pour un séjour de 5 jours. Soyez avisé de ce que vous aller avoir pour ce prix . Je ne remet pas la prix en question considérant que j'étais conscient du prix avant de finaliser la réservation. Ceci dit pour ce montant on s'attend à de la qualité ce qui est loin d'être le cas .

We loved the location on the water, the hot tub, the views from the couch on colder evenings and the volleyball court. Beds and couches were comfortable and everything inside was clean. We loved having access to kayaks as well - it was fun to do that with the kids. Great that there was a fully functioning kitchen and BBQ as well and the lounge chairs were great. Location in relation to the main streets were great as well - good walking experience plus we love that the location of the cottage was so private at the end of the road. We also had fun playing some of the available board games.

− There was a smoky smell in the first bedroom - it was quite strong (as if someone had just spent time smoking in it all week). We lit candles to help - also didn't love the landmines of Canada geese poop that we had to dodge when going from the water to the house. TV didn't work (it's ok - it was a cottage experience!) but maybe on some nights it would be nice to know we could connect to Netflix.

Beautiful location. Quaint cottage with lots of privacy. Comfy beds and clean on the interior. Lovely package of local goodies left on table for us - wine, coffee and chocolates which were delicious and a nice touch.

− Cottage exterior becoming run down from photos- lacking number of chairs shown in picture, shrubs need trimming, windows could use a wash on outside. Last lawn cut they mowed around instead of moving muskoka chairs. Would be greatly improved with some tlc and a shed to store the lawn mower. Restocking on the interior to make sure kitchen stocked would also be recommended- e.g minimal spoons if you were have 6 people which it is advertised for up to 8 people. We didn’t use the hot tub as the water colouring looked off.
