5.0Location is good. The place is clean and neat.
− The staff are more of a robot mode. No character or warmth. The door key was not working twice and we got delayed twenty minutes while they got a technician and opened it. We got really late for an appointment. And then it happened again the next day. The floor gets wet from the humidity. When we would up the entire flooring was like a slippery cm of water. They sent a person to clean it up and mumbled that it was because we should have kept the ac at lower temp. The balcony door does not close. We complained but they were unable to get it repaired over the two days we were there. We ordered a midnight snack. A chicken club sandwich. It was sent without any chicken in it and loads of dripping mayonnaise and loads of raw onion. We cancelled it. The breakfast is good. But the continental side is below par. The breads and muffins and croissants are half baked. But the idli and South Indian section was good.

8.0In front office staff called me just he said our check out time .. once I talking to him he connect the call after he said that time of check out ... It's not acceptable Have to brief them ... As well how to talk with a Guest during telephone Conversation I stayed here it's my second time .. strictly unaccepted this kind of ATTITUDE
It was a pleasant stay , added to my favourite hotel list.
