4.0Location was good, awesome play ground straight across the road.
− Unfortunately, the air freshner and dust set off all our allergies . The fan in the bathroom made a horrible sound that didn't sound safe to use. Grounds weren't very inviting, and due to the gutters needing a clean, the front deck was very dirty.
Stayed for a night only. Didn’t cook…do ask for cooking rules, will be helpful to know and not be surprised when you are

A comfortable, spacious and convenient location within 5 minutes drive of town.
9.0I have stayed at this property several times before and enjoy the spacious rooms combined with convenience of being close to the center of town. The bed was very comfortable, the cooking facilities are good and the wifi was reliable with a good speed
− The only thing that may need a little attention is the door entrance to the house. Had to really pull the door to ensure it shut properly and also the security chain needs fixing.
