Very nice and cozy house

Very cozy, spacious, comfortable. Good beds. Extremely well equipped. 15 mins walk from city center, quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking space.

this apartment is a very good value for money. it is located on the south side of Kutaisi but only a few minutes drive from its center with all the restaurants. there is a supermarket and a Bakery nearby and plenty of quietness in where we stayed. the apartment itself is not new but has three bed rooms and one big shower with toilets and a washing machine. the owner has left us some treats which was very nice of her though we have never met... Wifi was good all in all, a very positive experience!

− the kitchen is small hut well equipped the toilet seat is not well fixed and it doesnt flash toilet paper. maybe there should be a sign suggesting not to put paper in the toilet. bedlinen feel a bit old and

outstanding accommodation. The owner, Nazi, is a super lady.

A spacious and very clean house in a quiet neighborhood and very close to a bakery, supermarkets, pharmacy. It was just perfect for a family of 6 members. The owner's son met us at the house when we arrived. Staying in this house is much better than staying in a hotel. I liked to buy the fresh bread and pastries every morning. The house has everything you need to make your stay very comfortable and enjoyable. I liked the sitting on the bench every morning and evening. Loved the apple tree and grapes. My 10 years son loved playing with his ball around the house. The house is just ten minutes to the city center by car. The owner is trustworthy and a super lady. I would like to thank Nazi for everything. Nazi can speak English and Russian so it was very easy to communicate with her in both languages.

בית פרטי עם חצר. הבית מרווח, עם שלושה חדרים נפרדים מבודדים לגמרי וסלון. יש מזגנים בכל החדרים, מכונת כביסה ומטבח מאובזר מלא בכל הכלים והמצרכים. הבית מתאים גם לשהייה ארוכה כי יש בו הכל. מיקום: המקום לא מרכזי. זו עיר קטנה, כך כלמרכז העיר ניתן להגיע ברגל תוך רבע שעה. במרחק כמה דקות הליכה יש מספר חנויות ומאפייה שפתוחים עד מאוחר. קו רכבת שנמצא בסמוך סגור לתנועה, כך שאין רעש. בעלת הדירה היתה זמינה תמיד בווטסאפ. כניסה עם מפתח שבכספת אפשרית בכל שעה.
