3.0− Foarte mare mizerie începând de la intrarea în scară până în apartament. Mirosul de umezeală și mucegai din camere foarte intens și înecăcios. Faptul că este langa calea ferată,când treceau trenurile se zguduia toată casa,zgomotul puternic. Nu as mai lua o asemenea locație. Preț -calitate=foarte slab.
