O valor da hospedagem foi pago com 1 mês de antecedência e, alguns dias antes da viagem, entrei em contato com o anfitrião para confirmar se estava tudo certo. Recebi a confirmação normalmente.

− Ao chegar no hotel, meu nome não constava na reserva. Tentamos entrar em contato com o anfitrião várias vezes, porém não obtivemos resposta. Por conta disso, tivemos que cancelar a reserva e procurar outra acomodação de última hora, o que gerou muito transtorno.
