Lieu isolé, vue.

− Un établissement qui a un grand besoin d'entretien. Restaurant fermé, travaux un peu partout qui semblent ne jamais finir, herbes folles. Les matelas autour de la piscine avaient pris l'eau de pluie et commencé à moisir.

− La chambre réservée comme “Junior Suite vue mer” ne correspondait pas du tout à la description : aucune vue mer réelle depuis l’appartement, contrairement à ce qui est annoncé sur Booking et sur le site de l’hôtel. L’établissement semble inachevé (installations apparentes, équipements manquants), sans véritables espaces communs accessibles. Le fonctionnement est plus proche d’un logement privé que d’un hôtel. Plusieurs problèmes durant le séjour : absence d’eau chaude à répétition, organisation très défaillante (repas servis avec beaucoup de retard, petit-déjeuner extrêmement long et désorganisé), aucun équipement adapté pour un bébé. Malgré un signalement dès le premier jour, aucune solution satisfaisante n’a été proposée (ni changement de chambre, ni compensation adaptée), et la situation a été minimisée. Nous avons été contraints de quitter l’établissement plus tôt que prévu et de réserver un autre logement à nos frais. Une plainte est actuellement en cours auprès du Centre Européen des Consommateurs pour non-conformité de la prestation.

Tres bel hôtel, petit déjeuner incroyable, bien choisir sa chambre.

Nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassé, l’appartement terrasse le plus grand est juste superbe ! Petit déjeuner excellent, dîner (pas toujours ouvert) très bon. Très loin du centre, au calme, superbe vue.

− On sent que c’est la reprise, tout n’est pas encore en fonctionnement normal, mais potentiel énorme. Bien regarder la chambre que vous réservez, elles sont vraiment très différentes et ne cela clairement pas le meme intérêt.

Staff here are so lovely, cannot do enough for you and super welcoming. The hot shower in our first apartment wasnt working and they immediately moved us to another which was amazing. The apartments are well equipped with stunning views over the sea and rainforest. Around a 50 minute walk into the town, the hotel is located at the top of a hill near the waterfall which is lovely.

− Unfortunately the chef wasnt working during our stay so we couldnt comment on the food, but it looks amazing from other reviews! We had breakfast one day which was gorgeous!
