1.0nothing they sent me a message cancelling my booking at 1030am when i had requested to check in at midday, they still have not technically cancelled my booking and my money has not been refunded. extremely bad customer service

If redirected/it’s not what is stated in the ad, ask for a refund asap

− The property I had booked which is the one above, I arrived at the front, but then was messaged to go to a different property not far from this one, I paid to have a ensuite room, as stated above, I was redirected to another property which wasn’t a ensuite. I had to share a bathroom, abit dodgey

1.0The booking was fast
− They didn’t host and only informed me about that once I reached their doorstep. I called them a day before and they confirmed the stay. When I reached the accommodation and called them, they said they would get back in a minute. After keeping me waiting outside for a long time, they sent me a text saying they couldn’t host, citing a plumbing issue. They didn’t even have the courtesy to give a call back. I had to pay more to find another accommodation at the last moment. Not recommended and unprofessional. They need to be more considerate.

1.0Nothing to like. Poor communication. The address is not the one listed in the ad. It's not an ensuite. The bathroom and toilet are separate and not in the bedroom. There's no TV in the communal living area. There's no off-street parking on the premises and no towels. No slippers. Literally everything in the ad is false. Do NOT book this property. I have placed a formal complaint asking for a full refund as I wasn't there 5 minutes as I felt disgusted at what I saw. I booked elsewhere. I had driven 500km so I was not impressed at being lied to and ripped off. I didn't take photos because I got out as fast as I could because I felt sick, appalled.
− Used toothbrush in the shower. Water and hair on the bathroom floor. Had to call the property to ask where the key is for the bedroom door and they didn't have the courtesy to wait on the phone to make sure I got in ok.
