Sehr ruhig und Entspannend. Großes eigenes Grundstück mit eigenem See. Der See lockt nicht zum Baden lockt aber viele Vögel an, die sich gut beobachten lassen Pferde und Kühe auf den weiden zeigen, dass man auf dem Land ist. Der erholungsfaktor war sehr hoch. Das Gutshaus ist schøn eingerichtet.

− Leider keine Hochhäuser, Einkaufszentren, betonwüsten, Lärm und sehr viele Menschen

− Durch die vielen Pferdekoppeln am Hof muss man ein Stück fahren, um spazieren gehen zu können
