Groß und gute Lage, Rest na ja.
7.0− Unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer war trotz diverser Versuche niemand erreichbar. Wo der zu der Wohnung gehörende Parkplatz war, könnten wir nicht herausbekommen und mussten ein öffentliches Parkhaus benutzen. Die Wohnung war nachläsig gereinigt, zT lag Müll von den Vormietern herum. Z.T. waren nicht passende Teile eingebaut.
Parkplätze/Geruch/Kaution
3.0Die Fläche ist großräumig, der Balkon kann betreten werden. CheckIn funktionierte ohne Probleme.
− Die beworbenen Parkplätze gibt es aus meiner Sicht faktisch nicht. Es gibt gegenüber kostenpflichte Parkplätze und ein kostenpflichtiges Parkhaus, das oftmals auch vollständig belegt ist. Man wird nach der Buchung zudem aufgefordert, eine Kaution (in meinem Fall EUR 150 - obwohl meine Gesamtmiete knapp EUR 200 war) über ein Link außerhalb von Booking.com als Kaution zu transferieren. Die Zimmer haben aus meiner Sicht teilweise einen extremen kalten Rauchergeruch (nach meiner Beurteilung mehr als in einer Kneipe), obwohl die Wohnung als Nichtraucherwohnung beworben wurde. Ebenfalls war ein deutlicher Verwesungsgeruch oder Vergleichbares wahrnehmbar, der eine gewisse Übelkeit auslöste, so dass ich nach 10 Minuten meine Sachen gepackt habe und in ein Hotel ziehen musste (und ich reise wirklich viel, lebte kurz in Old Delhi/Indien und bin dadurch einiges gewohnt). Zudem waren Handabdrücke u.a. auf den Türen u.a. erkennbar. Kundenservice nur wenig hilfreich. Man bekommt zwar schnell eine wohl durch KI generierte Antwort, die in vielen Fällen jedoch nur besänftigt, ohne auf das eigentliche Problem einzugehen. War für mich meine schlechteste Booking.com Wohnung jemals.... Die Fotos, die die Wohnung zeigen, wurden deutlich aufpoliert.
