7.0Da sich das Appartement in einer Altstadtvilla befindet, ist es, bei heißem Wetter, immer sehr schön kühl. Außerdem ist die Altstadt, und Alles was man braucht, fußläufig zu erreichen.
− Im Bad fehlte mir ein Regal für Kosmetikartikel etc.,außerdem fehlte mir ein Ganzkörper-Spiegel.

5.0Die Lage ist top. Super ist, dass das Apartment einen separaten Eingang hat. Zudem erfolgte eine kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe. Schnelles Antworten bei Rückfragen durch den Vermieter.
− - Leider mangelte es an Sauberkeit (siehe Bilder); nicht staubgewischt, unsauberer Backofen, alte Kaffeflecken auf dem Tisch, Fettflecken auf dem Bettpolster, Verunreinigungen von Vorgängern an der Klobürste - keine Handseife vorhanden - Lautes Getrampel, Hundebellen und Geräusche wie Möbelrücken am frühen Abend (täglich) - macht ein konzentriertes Arbeiten in der Unterkunft schwierig - kein eigener Parkplatz vorhanden, Parkplatzsuche in der Straße
