1.0Ubicación buena. Calidad precio estaba bien. Hubiéramos repetido hasta que decidieron quedarse con parte de la fianza, nuestra experiencia ha sido negativa por esa gestión. Pagamos 150 € de depósito fuera de Booking con la indicación de que se devolvería al finalizar la estancia. Tras marcharnos, el alojamiento nos comunicó que el personal de limpieza había encontrado una mesita de noche supuestamente rota y decidieron quedarse con 50€. Solicitamos fotografías del daño y factura o presupuesto que justificara el cargo, pero después de pedir esta información dejaron de responder. El supuesto problema fue detectado una vez que ya no estábamos en el apartamento, por lo que no hay forma de saber cuándo ocurrió realmente... En ningún momento se nos presentó documentación que demostrara que el daño se produjo durante nuestra estancia. Simplemente se nos indicó que el servicio de limpieza lleva muchos años trabajando con ellos. Recomendamos a futuros huéspedes revisar cuidadosamente todo el mobiliario al llegar, hacer fotos del estado del apartamento y asegurarse de tener constancia de cualquier fianza que se pague fuera de la plataforma. Porque al finalizar pueden llevarse esa misma sorpresa ingrata. No ha sido por el dinero, nuestra palabra vale mucho más que eso. Por nuestra parte, han perdido 6 clientes que hubieran seguido repitiendo.

We pre-authorize a deposit of 150€ one day before arrival by credit card and it is released once the flat has been cleaned and checked.
We do not accept groups under 21 years of age in this accommodations. The deposit for groups under 25 years old is 50€ per person.
The collection of keys will be at our office located at Calle Virgen de las Nieves 35, Edificio Arttyfal (Sierra Nevada).
The timetable for key collection is from 17:00 to 21:00 hours. After 21:00 hours we will leave the keys in a security box and we will send you directions to the accommodations.
Check-out time on the last day is before 11 am.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
