1.0Made a mistake with the date booked and was no trouble to change it.
− The tv was smashed, the wardrobe broken and was inside it, shower dirty to the point I couldn't force myself to use it. The sink in the bathroom was blocked. I am not a squeamish person, but this was beyond. Even the router was greasy. If it was maintained and cleaned well, it would be fine. Also took a few unnecessary calls and video calls to explain where to park and how to get in, which could've been easily described in the email.
