Great, relaxing family stay

Great place for a family stay, spacious, clean and well equipped. Everything we needed including great showers (essential) and off street parking spaces. Fabulous views.

− The only negative is TV in lounge has poor picture quality

The place was lovely and great for location. Really quiet and easy to find.

− Beds were very old and didn't feel secure. Very noisy. Pillows and bedding were thin.

Excellent property great area.

Good location in the town with excellent views across the river and Tamar valley. Comfortable furniture in the house especially the beds.

− There were a couple of small issues which although there did not effect the stay.

Not as described on the tin

Great location but road was difficult to find first time. Great to have parking at the property.

− Unfortunately the downstairs toilet had a broken seat and the shower slider was not working making having a shower difficult. We could not use the upstairs master bedroom as there were no blinds or curtains on the velux windows. One of the windows had the locking part hanging off. The downstairs double bed would not suit anyone over 6 feet tall as my feet were sticking out the end of the bed. The mattress was so uncomfortable you literally role to the centre of the mattress. We even tried the single bed and that was just as uncomfortable. TV super difficult to use as the remote control was very bashed and battered. We had to wash up cutlery and plates before we could use them. Overall dirty kitchenware puts you off so we used a plate to heat food up in microwave which also needed a clean. For the money that was paid we would expect a super clean and tidy place to stay where everything is in working order and you can use the whole of the accommodation. This property needs a jolly good deep clean and a lick of paint. Very disappointing so much so we left a day early. Not as described on the tin.......
