The house is lovely. The location is superb, and the parking space is really useful - don't book in Mevagissey without one if you have a car. We had an amazing stay, were really happy with the communication and the house, which is very very well equipped. We wanted for nothing and were extremely comfortable.

− My only niggle was that I didn't realise the top rooms are actually a loft twin room with a twin room that feeds off this area so for our purposes, not great for adults, better for kids. That worked out well enough for us, but if you are 4 couples for example, the two doubles are large and lovely but the loft is not ideal for two couples.

Very dissapointing after spending several years visiting Cornwall it was like a student accommodation

The views were excellant

− As soon as we entered there was a real bad musty smell On looking through the property we saw damp in all bedrooms , stains on carpets, curtains hanging off , rust on fridge etc We paid our money and then got an email saying there was a little bit damp in one of the bedrooms which we found out to be in more rooms . After contacting the owner with our concerns she accused us of pulling of the curtains ourselves and looking for a free holiday and very rude saying just enjoy the view , we couldn’t even spend time in the property
