10.0Very comfortable one night stay in convenient location (for me). Excellent communication and instructions. Well equipped for guests with fridge freezer, microwave, tea/coffee/milk/cold water (heatwave when I stayed). Spotlessly clean.

10.0Welcoming, very presentable. Every need catered for and well thought out. 5 min walk from centre of town. Morrisons and Asda, takeaways and restaurants, pubs and tea rooms. But the house and room quite and peaceful no noise
