La ubicación y la calefacción (funcionaba bien y mantenia temperatura confortable en la casa).
− Bastante peor de lo que esperábamos. Limpieza deficiente. Camas sumamente duras. TV que no funcionaba y que nadie revisó antes de entrar nosotros. Falta de mantenimiento.
