8.0Spacious, clean. Very comfortable bed. Lovely view over the roof tops to the harbour.
− The Futton wasn’t comfortable to sit on in the evening. You need to be fit for the stairs 🤣

10.0The flat is nice, comfortable, functional and in a perfect location! Moreover, the price is absolutely honest: all other properties multiply their prices during the Goodwood event weekends, whereas this remained reasonable. This is a highly commendable attitude to business.

7.0No breakfast, but facilities to make own
− Rooms cold, need heating on.
Not an apartment, do as the owners say not as the do.
3.0Location was okay and main bedroom was nice size.
− Advertised as an apartment but is actually just the upper floor of the owners house, no privacy, no door between to be private or secure. No lock on bathroom. Owners state no parties but decided to come in at 1am and have one themselves, there is no noise insulation so you can hear everything. Very disturbed night. So bad we decided to book elsewhere for the second night at additional cost. Messaged the owner to inform why but they have still not responded. Messaged booking.com customer support twice to resolve and have had no response from them either.
We had a lovely time and were made to feel welcome.

− Would be good to have full curtains in bedroom.
