7.0La terraza: su personal y comida. También la comodidad de las camas.
− La habitación tenía humedad en el suelo. No nos lo dijeron y tuvimos un pequeño resbalón. Para evitar esto hay que tenerlo el aire acondicionado encendido. Tampoco nos dijeron en recepción que si pagaba con tarjeta tenía comisión. Por otro lado, llegar de un viaje cansado y tener que hacer el checkin online tampoco es muy cómodo. Estábamos avisados que teníamos que hacerlo pero lo vimos tedioso para hacerlo durante el viaje previo a la llegada.

− En las habitaciones hay demasiada humedad hasta el punto de que se nos mojaba la ropa ya seca. En el restante de la terraza siempre hay platos o ingredientes que no tienen.

− que no me dieran apoyo y solución en el momento de hacer check in, cuando llegue en día feriado, el personal a cargo muy reacio a entender la situación, y que no hubo una anticipación de que en día feriado no trabajan las personas a cargo del check in.

10.0La ubicación en Getsemaní es muy buena, queda a una cuadra del centro de convenciones y a pocas cuadras de la torre del reloj, el sitio es bien tranquilo, comercial y transitable. Las instalaciones son muy buenas, muy lindo lugar, la piscina genial.
