The receptionist was so kind and was concerned about my security when I wanted to walk out at night. She asked me to go and get a bike instead of walking alone at niht.

− The fact that both the bar and the restaurant were not working at night.

The new building is clean.The rooms are good enough for a stay

− Ken.He was very rude.Also we were promised a house with a large balcony and didn’t get that.When there is an issue,Ken is not there to help.He actually gets arrogant,and unapproachable.Pathetic customer care

There was no stay! We couldnt not stay in the dump. We left

Absolutely nothing. Booking.Com should also stop ignoring our messages! I told you we didnt not stay so why are you going as if we stayed?

− The pictures on booking.com are not what you get when you get here. It is infact a completely different apartment that was given to us. Very untidy place with the beds being laid using unpressed linen. The Host is extremely rude too
