Très pratique, bien localisé et très propre

− Il n’y a pas de fenêtre. De plus ce n’est pas un appartement . C’est un micro appartement.
Propriétaire malhonnête, nuits blanches, odeurs d'égout : je vous déconseille fortement ce logement!
1.0La seule chose de bien que nous retenons de cette expérience, c'est le personnel, en particulier Ismaël, qui a été très serviable.
− Nous n'avons pratiquement pas dormi durant notre séjour. Dès la première nuit, une forte odeur d'égout remontait de l'évier de la cuisine. Nous avons immédiatement signalé le problème, mais ce n'est qu'après une deuxième nuit blanche que le propriétaire nous a déplacés dans un autre appartement. Malheureusement, le même soir aux environs de 19-20h, il nous a de nouveau demandé de quitter ce logement le lendemain matin en raison d'une réservation de dernière minute. Pour compenser ces désagréments, il nous a lui-même proposé un remboursement intégral. Le lendemain, lorsqu'il a été question de ce remboursement, il a été très insolent et a raccroché au nez pour ensuite donner l'ordre au personnel de nous rembourser que 30% de la totalité du montant. Pendant tout le séjour, nous avons dû faire et défaire nos valises à plusieurs reprises pour chercher où dormir. Les logements étaient exigus, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas malgré la chaleur d'Abidjan, et l'ensemble de l'expérience a été très stressant. Nous ne recommandons pas cet établissement.

L'expérience de l'environnement est plutôt bon dans l'ensemble.
7.0J'ai apprécié la Situation géographique, et.les commodités autour.
− Ne pas avoir accès à la Tv même nationale, et aucune chaîne sur le bouquet canal+, était sincèrement pénalisant. Pour le reste, une fiche explicative aurait pu être établie pour les clients qui arrivent.
