9.0Graham is a very nice, accommodating and welcoming host, and Mitch (the cat) is super friendly (and gorgeous), I've loved meeting both of them and spending my last night in New Zealand at their place. The location, the room and the breakfast are all good, with a nice little garden. I fully recommend the place, my stay there was great!

Quiet but easy to get to the action! Very kind host.
10.0Use the bus to go downtown -- it's a breeze! An interesting, lovely beach nearby. Host couldn't have been nicer. Thoughtful with a sense of humor! His garden is delightful and his house comfy.
