10.0Отлично укомплектованная кухня. Вся сантехника исправна. Нигде не протекает и не капает. Электророзетки не раздолбаны и в достаточном количестве. Хорошая мебель и постельное белье. Сейф в рабочем состоянии. На 38 этаже тренажерный зал, сауна для женщин и мужчин раздельно, бассейн инфинити. Приветливая улыбчивая хозяйка. Дорога к морю 2 минуты по тротуару, дорогу переходить не нужно. Почти рядом два Фэмелимарт. Чуть дальше Лотус экспресс и 7-элевен. Все это работает круглосуточно. В 5-ти минутах пешей прогулки обменник валюты, рыночек с фруктами, рыбой-гриль, различными шашлычками, несколько кафе и ресторанов, массажные салоны. И вместе с тем очень тихо, нет шумных баров с гремящей музыкой до полуночи. Все информация и фото на Букинге соответствуют реальности.
